Here are some of the bad traits that we Filipinos usually have.

- Filipinos are prone to gambling and betting.
- Filipinos believe in fatalism.
- Extravagance. They love to indulge in luxuries even they cannot afford these.
- Ningas Kogon – Lack of perseverance.
- Mañana Habit – putting aside the work which can be done right away and doing it in the following day
- Filipinos are regionalistic
- Filipinos have colonial mentality

100% true, add the lack of discipline in everything: driving, financial & waste management. kaya di tayo umuunlad lagi tayong nakakapit sa mga matandang kaugalian na di na kailangan sa time natin.
Totoo po yan “lack of discipline” talaga and isang malaking problema sa atin. Ang isa pang masamang bagay na na-obserbahan ko sa ibang mga Pinoy ay madaling ma-corrupt and pag-iisip lalo na pag pera ang pinag-uusapan. Hopefully things will change in our Country. I believe its not always the fault of the Government that’s why the Philippines is not flourishing, It should start fist with the people. Things will change if everyone will cooperate even with just the small things.
Like:
1. Avoid throwing garbage everywhere.
2. Following traffic rules.
3. Wearing proper clothes when going outside the house. (some guys doesn’t wear any shirt, you see that often in the Fil.) 4. Avoid dringing & gambing on the streets. 5. Etc.
yeah thats true brother. kahit ako nababadtrip sa mga tao na di marunong rumespeto. i mean madalas akong maghatid kay gf sa bahay to assist her in her school things, then may mga nagiinuman kaming madadaanan na hindi man lang magawang magtshirt. kaliwat kanan na mga pasugalan. puro naman illegal, at kapag sinita ang kakapal ng mukha na magbanta. tsk tsk tsk. im proud being a pinoy at ayokong masabihang plastik kea sasabihin ko na na sometimes i curse them for being a pinoy. nang dahil sa wala silang disiplina.

yeah… we are truly one of them….. don’t you think, lahat tayo halos ganyan…… kaya di tayo umuunlad…. pero bakit kahit na aware tayo sa mga bagay na yan ganito parin tayo…. bawat isa sa atin may lima o anim na trait dyan….. (; naoobserbahan naman siguro nating sa mga mismong sarili nating gawi….
how about the so called filipino time? i think that is the worst. you see, there is lack of improvement.
